Erick Swanson has lived, worked, raised a family, and built lifelong connections right here in Minneapolis. Erick grew up in Linden Hills, a Minneapolis neighborhood that’s always felt like a small town. As a kid, he spent countless days swimming, fishing, and diving for treasures in Lake Harriet and Bde Maka Ska, and building forts in the nearby “woods”.

He worked his way through college, starting at Minneapolis Community and Technical College before earning a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Community Forestry from the University of Minnesota. Always a hustler, he graduated debt-free—a reflection of his drive, discipline, and long-term mindset.

After 28 years with FedEx, working across the metro area, Erick made the move to real estate with the same values that guided his daily work: integrity, reliability, and putting people first. He’s walked these neighborhoods, coached youth sports on city fields, and volunteered at the kinds of events that bring the Twin Cities together. He believes in giving back, staying grounded, and building relationships that last.

As a client, you’ll feel genuinely heard and supported. Erick listens with purpose and acts with intention. He’s known for his calm, steady presence, attention to detail, and commitment to making the buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He has a special appreciation for older homes with character—and loves uncovering their hidden potential.
