Raised in the Twin Cities, Thomas Randall has always had a deep appreciation for everything the community has to offer. After graduating from Wayzata High School, he went on to earn a degree in Finance, Energy Technology, and Management from Texas Christian University.

Thomas began his career with Deloitte Consulting, where he spent five years managing and implementing ERP software solutions for Fortune 500 companies nationwide. Driven by a desire to grow beyond consulting, he joined a Twin Cities–based expense management software startup. Over the next four years, he played a key role in sales discussions and negotiations, guided customers through their product journey, and forecasted revenues that supported the company’s growth—ultimately leading to its successful sale in April 2025.

Now, Thomas brings his business acumen, problem-solving skills, and passion for helping people to real estate. He approaches every client relationship with a family-first mindset, drawing from his own life as a husband and father of two young children. Thomas understands the importance of finding the right home and works tirelessly to help clients feel confident and supported through every step of the process.
