Val Fazendin
Valerie Fazendin is a longtime resident of the Plymouth/Wayzata area. She is a graduate of Benilde St. Margaret’s and the University of Minnesota. Being a lifelong resident of Minneapolis and the Western Suburbs, she is very familiar with the area. She is the proud mom of three children and understands busy schedules. Val is knowledgeable about the communities and the opportunities that each area provides for families. She loves to share little known “secrets” about the area and how to acclimate quickly to your new environment. Her tips and insights will allow you to make an informed decision.
Valerie is a member of the Fazendin family through marriage. Her husband, Dan is the Owner of Minnetonka Title and they have been married for 15 years. Her exposure through his work and through the family’s real estate environment has made residential real estate part of her life. She is comfortable with the processes and pieces of making buying and selling homes second nature. She enjoys guiding people through this process and helping them make the best decision for their unique situation.
