Fazendin Realtors Foundation Update – July 2025

The Fazendin Realtors Foundation has given out $24,000 worth of grants to five local nonprofit organizations: NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center, MoveFwd, Clare Housing, Ain Dah Yung Center, and Rebuilding Together Minnesota. These funds will help provide shelter, resources, and hope to individuals and families across the Twin Cities metro area who are experiencing housing insecurity.

The 2025 recipients were selected based on their strong local presence and direct impact on improving housing access in their communities. Each organization plays a critical role in addressing unique housing challenges.

Their services include case management, emergency housing, and mental health support tailored to young people facing homelessness or family conflict. Each of these organizations addresses housing insecurity from a different angle, but together, their efforts align to create strong, healthy communities where safe housing is a right, not a privilege.

As housing affordability and stability continues to challenge many families in the Twin Cities, the Fazendin Realtors Foundation remains committed to being part of the solution supporting local organizations that bring compassion, innovation, and tangible results to those in need of housing.
