Jana has over 25 years of experience in the relocation industry. She has worked in a wide variety of roles including real estate, mortgage, relocation sales, relocation management operations, account management, and household goods moving.  With Jana’s vast experience paired with our agents’ in-depth relocation-specific training, Fazendin Realtors is uniquely prepared to support all relocation needs.

Jana’s primary goal is to fully understand the relocation need of her clients and propose the best-balanced customized program, to be not just cost effective but exceed compliance requirements, be technologically innovative, address corporate risk management needs and be a measurable solution continually adapting to the client’s changing needs for all types of moves.

She believes in going above and beyond in customer service, focusing on commitment, integrity, honesty, and credibility. She takes the time to educate her customers on moving and relocation processes and strives to meet her customers’ needs with a warm, friendly, and consultative approach.

Background & Family

Jana was born on Ramstein Air Base in Landstuhl, Germany while her father was stationed in Germany. Upon completion of her father’s assignment, Jana and her family returned to their home in Wisconsin where she was raised.

Jana and her husband of more than thirty years, David, a retired pilot for a major airline, live in Plymouth. They have two sons, Tyler and Zack. Tyler, the oldest played college golf at the University of Minnesota, works for a private investment company in New York, where he lives with his beautiful wife, Brianna. Zack attended school at the University of North Dakota, currently lives in Minneapolis where he owns his own aerial photography and drone business.

Jana is a member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Minnesota ERC, Wisconsin (WiERC) ERC, Chicago Relocation Council (CRC), Relocation Directors Council (RDC) and Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management (TCSHRM).

• Certified Relocation Professional (CRP^®)
  The Worldwide ERC^® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP^®) designation is the only credential dedicated to identifying professionals that demonstrate a broad understanding of managing employee mobility within the United States. Those with the CRP designation have a fundamental grasp on how to streamline the employee relocation process and remove any obstacles in the way.Candidates achieve the designation through work experience and professional society engagement, studying a defined body of knowledge, and passing a comprehensive examination composed by recognized industry professionals with expertise in human resources, corporate relocation policy, relocation appraising, residential real estate, and tax and legal issues.
• Global Mobility Specialist – Talent (GMS-T^®)
  The GMS-T^® certification signifies that designees are specialized in the field of global workforce and talent mobility and are committed to ongoing industry education to grow their expertise. Earning the certification distinguishes the mobility professional as skilled in the global mobility field, with proven competency and knowledge levels. Achieving the GMS-T^® recognizes industry professionals as leaders and educated contributors across the mobility arena.
  
  
• Senior Global Destination Specialist (SGDS)
  A Global Destination Services Certification is an integral part of the foundation for certified RDC members to develop and offer a formal Destination Services Program “DSP”. Corporations and RMCs demand a seamless process from their service providers in assisting their relocating foreign national employees. Certified GDS members offer a formal DSP program to train DSP agents who manage the area orientation, home search and settling-in services. These highly trained DSP agents begin their services prior to the foreign national employee’s arrival with an understanding of the unique needs and concerns in their relocation, whether planned as a short or long-term expatriate assignment or indefinite transfer.The GDS Certification is an ongoing designation requiring recertification every 3 years with classes taught annually by corporate clients and foreign national DSP providers.
