“Carrie was patient with all of our questions and was a great communicator. I knew we were in trusted hands throughout the entire process.”
“Carrie helped me buy my first place many years ago. She guided me through the whole process and helped me find the right place. Many years later, when it was time to sell, she was the first person that came to mind. I called her (mind you, this was many years later) and she remembered who I was and my address. Hard to find that kind of caring and that kind of service. Need help navigating the local real estate market? Call Carrie!!! You won’t be disappointed.”
“She was very good communicator and made selling our home seamless.”
“Carrie was a great communicator…. And very diligent.”
“She cared that we found a home that really fit our needs and preferences.”
“Carrie Swanson worked extremely hard during our dual sale/purchase transaction relationship. She knew what I wanted and what I hoped would happen as I transitioned from my duplex to a single-family home. I was pretty demanding and had firm ideas that I believe made her job much harder than the norm. Because of that it was probably very hard for her to tell me things I didn’t want to hear about how to best sell my house of nearly 27 years. At times I felt the communication between us was confused by one or the other of us and some things were remembered differently causing a strain. However, I recognize that the stress of any home sale/purchase plus the particular time constraints that I faced created additional tensions. Carrie was ALWAYS very positive and uplifting about any situation and she helped me immensely to make the right decision when it was necessary to choose one of three houses that suited my family’s needs. She is an outstanding real estate sales associate!”
